The plans below set out the monthly fee, hour limit, response expectations, and work generally included. Final terms will be confirmed in a written engagement agreement before work begins.
Fractional counsel

All three plans begin with an initial three-month term and cover the same core areas of legal work within different monthly capacity limits.
These plans are designed for B2B SaaS companies with recurring commercial and product legal needs. Access Counsel provides a focused starting point; Core and Expanded provide greater capacity as the workload grows.
Core Fractional Counsel

Up to 15 hours each month
- Responses to ordinary requests within two to three business days

- Notice when approximately 12 hours have been used
Expanded Fractional Counsel
$10,500
per month
Up to 25 hours each month
- Responses to ordinary requests within one to two business days
- Two priorities meetings each month
- More substantial Legal OS development and maintenance
- Notice when approximately 20 hours have been used
How monthly time can be used
- Customer, vendor, licensing, partnership, and other technology agreements.
- Product, privacy, data use, and AI counseling within the agreed scope.
- Routine guidance by email or Slack.
- Contract positions, team guidance, and escalation rules developed through the Legal OS.
Time is applied across these services based on the company’s priorities. The monthly hour limit controls; the listed services are not separate monthly entitlements. Unused hours do not roll over or carry forward to a later month.
Excluded work
- Litigation, formal disputes, employment matters, tax, corporate financing and governance, patent or trademark prosecution, and specialist regulatory matters.
- Mergers and acquisitions.
- Work performed by specialist counsel.
As the monthly limit approaches, you can reprioritize or defer work. Additional work begins only after we agree to a separate scope and fee in writing.
Custom embedded counsel
Need more than 25 hours a month?
A custom engagement may be a better fit for frequent leadership involvement, several concurrent negotiations, cross-functional meetings, or faster response commitments. Scope and fee are quoted after an initial discussion.

Legal OS Pilot

A focused engagement that turns one recurring area of legal judgment into a practical module your team can use.
- One selected module, such as a Contract Playbook, AI Governance guide, or Escalation Matrix.
- A structured intake questionnaire and one focused working session.
- Review, refinement, and deployment of the finished module.
- Delivery ordinarily within approximately two weeks.
The pilot fee is credited toward a full Legal OS build when the broader scope is agreed within 30 days after pilot delivery.

Full Legal OS Build
$22,500
A comprehensive nine-module system tailored to your existing materials, business complexity, and operating needs.
- A structured intake questionnaire.

- Deployment of the finished system, ordinarily within approximately three weeks.

A few important details.
The $3,500, $6,500, and $10,500 monthly fees apply to the plans described above. The Legal OS Pilot has a defined starting scope; the full Legal OS price applies to the comprehensive nine-module build. Your signed engagement agreement will state the final scope, fee, and terms.
No attorney-client relationship or obligation to provide services begins until the firm completes a conflict check and both parties sign an engagement agreement.
Applicable filing charges, travel expenses, third party costs, taxes, and separately engaged specialist counsel are additional and only when relevant and agreed in advance.
